• Service cannot be accessed due to technical issues on our end
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• Refund request is for the first subscription only

Non-Refundable Situations

• Subscription renewals after 30 days
• If service works but you simply changed your mind
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Issues caused by your device, network, or configuration

3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Upon refund, your VPN access will be terminated
